Worldwideaid is a general public oriented web site, our content
is made to be suitable for anyone.
Therefore we ask the visitor to behave accordingly and post message
in correct english avoiding at all cost insults, rudeness, impoliteness
and any form of language or behavior deemed objectionable by any
member of our staff, our partners, members, customers or any other
third party with a valid cause and authority.
Worldwideaid also offers the visitor access to free and paid services
such as, but not limited to, email accounts, web hosting space,
community boards and forums.
We ask users of these services to comply with the laws and regulations
of the United States Of America and the European Union and any local
law applicable for the visitor.
Generally, this means that our service may not be used to promote,
distribute or link to (or any other form for that matter) pornographic
material, hate, violence, warez, mp3's, Divx copywrighted movies
or songs, illegal material, drugs or anything considered objectionable
by our staff, laws and regualtions of the USA and the EU, our partners,
members or any third party with valid reasons.
The visitor may not attempt in any way to introduce himself

without prior notice if we suspect of witness any illegal activities
or objectionable behavior.
Worldwideaid also reserves the right to contact the appropriate
authorities and collaborate by any available means (including disclosure
of personal information) to help prosecute those responsible of
unlawful acts.
Generally, Worldwideaid will collaborate with authorities if asked
to by a judge's decision or during the course of an investigation.
In no way do we provide services for those seeking anonymity.
V. Responsability
Worldwideaid may not be held responsible for false or mistyped
information on it's web site.
The services we provide are "as-is" and we make no claim
about their relevancy or accuracy.
The visitor is asked to use the information found on our web site

We especially would like to remind you that our quote and stock
market service is for entertainment purpose only and should not

Worldwideaid is accessible year round from any computer in the
world connected to the internet
Though we do our best to provide you with the best availability
there may be time when we need to upgrade or maintain our systems.
These interventions may slow down your visit or shut some portions
or all of the site for any period of time.
We may not be held responsible for any problem following a complete
or partial shut-down of our site.
Access to worldwideaid is free.
Some services on worldwideaid may require you to pay a fee.
However you may have to pay an access fee to the internet or a Tax.
We do not reimburse any fee you may have had to pay in order to
access our site even if this fee is the direct consequence of an
action taken by worldwideaid. (ie you need to purchase new software
to view the site).
VII. Shopping from our site
Buying anything from our site is subject to the terms and conditions
of the supplier.
Worldwideaid does not operate a store, we are an affiliate of big
brand names and offer their products for sale in exchange for a
referral fee.
We do not provide customer service, please contact directly the
shop we sent you to for customer support.
